MemcacheD Update
Just wanted to let everyone know, that a new version of MemcacheD has been released. We will be rolling this out to the memcache nodes during the week of July 20th to 24th. This should have very little impact on the stability of the website; however users may see a slight increase in load times as the cache is re-populated with entries.

The software has been tested and verified to be working just fine with the application; so we perceive this to be a very minimal risk in regards to updating, and the stability of the website.

WHY O WHY MERLIN.
Hello! Long time lurker, first time poster. I'm sorry, but I just have to rant it out...

So I've recently got addicted to the TV show Merlin, and I was reading the Merlin thread on this forum I usually go to. Everything was going well so far, peeking at spoilers here and there, reading everyone's response to the show until...

Someone just HAD to say "OMG, ARTHERXMERLIN FOREVER <33333333"

It just went downhill from there, and everyone else commented on how Merlin and Arther have great chemistry and should be together and so on. I just really hate how just because they're two friends who are the main characters of the show, it means they HAVE to be fucking each other up the assholes.

I felt a huge chunk of me died inside D:

Foglio Art Show
At the Cartoon Art Museum of San Francisco, they will be holding an exhibition called "Monsters of Webcomics", highlighting the art of 10 web comic artists from 08 Aug to 06 Dec. Girl Genius happens to be one of the titles selected. (They are also looking for other web comic artists to submit examples of their work to take part of a larger virtual gallery.)
